Tea Haxhillari and Rej Haxhillari are the co-founders of Rh Scholarship a non-profit organization dedicated to providing educational opportunities to students facing financial barriers. With a shared passion for social justice and education, they established the scholarship fund in 2013.
Tea Haxhillari brings relevant sales and marketing experience, being a Top Producing Broker at Re/Max West Realty Inc. She holds a bachelors degree in commerce from Queen's University and a Dual Masters Degree in Management from Ivey Business School & CEMS (Coalition of European Management Schools). She has been recognized as "Top 30 Under 30 for sales Commission in her Industry. This helps our organization reach wide audiences and sells tickets for our events. She is the current President of RH Scholarship.
Rej Haxhillari is the owner of the Hax Law Firm, specializing in Real Estate Law. He holds his law degree from Osgoode University. His relevant experience in law aids the organization in being structured and has exhibited high ethical principles of equity. Together, Tea and Rej have created a scholarship fund that has provided financial assistance to countless students, enabling them to pursue their dreams and achieve their goals. They are committed to creating a more equitable and just society by empowering the next generation of leaders and change-makers. They have given over 60 Scholarships to Albanian Canadians.
